There are separate areas for women and men, which allows clients to enjoy the warm sun and gentle breezes au naturel if they wish. Each area includes a Turkish steam room, Finnish sauna, outdoor whirlpool, outdoor lava-rock shower, and indoor locker room. Indoor and outdoor treatment rooms line the courtyard and feature their own private lanais filled with local plants and flowers.

Swedish - This massage combines three basic strokes; long, firm strokes, kneading, and small circles. Helps to reduce tension, soothe sore muscles, increase circulation, and induce relaxation. Recommended for first-timers. (25, 50, or 80 Minutes)

Aromatherapy Massage - Experience the powerful effects of the natural essential oils of plants, roots and flowers, together with a healing massage. Choose from a variety of oils specially blended for ANARA Spa. (50 or 80 Minutes)

Pohaku - Whether you simply need to relax, or you are seeking deeper levels of self understanding, Pohaku is an ancient technique with transformational powers. Warm stones are placed along your spine and used as a part of the massage ritual. The stones help you to discover your own patterns of tension so that together with your therapist, you can start to release them. (80 Minutes)

Thai Massage - This unique massage applies an overall manipulation of the physical form and structure of the body by using positions and stretching. Focusing on the pressure points, energy lines, and basic body forces, Thai Massage produces a highly therapeutic effect. (80 Minutes)

Shiatsu - Traditional Oriental technique with moderate to strong touch using "shi" (finger) and "atsu" (pressure) to stimulate and calm the body. Some stretching is involved and light clothing is worn during this non-oil massage. (50 or 80 Minutes)

ANARA Facial - Customized to rehydrate and gently deep cleanse all skin types with the appropriate cleanser, exfoliant, masque and finishing creams. Gentleman's Facial - Specialty line of men's products are used to deep pore cleanse, tone, and condition the skin. Royal Hawaiian Facial - ANARA's signature facial is a customized treatment that permeates the skin with trace elements, minerals and vitamins. The hands and feet are pampered in heated mitts and booties, with a soothing massage of ANARA's Coco Mango lotion. Medicinal ti leaves are layered and steamed with towels to relieve tension and release toxins from the skin. (80 Minutes)

Epicuren Enzyme Facial - Experience an intense facial treatment that produces a fundamental improvement in the health of the skin. Epicuren's products provide a versatility that may benefit most skin types and skin conditions. It can improve the appearance of sun damage, fine lines, poor elasticity, or acne while enhancing the texture and clarity of the skin. (80 Minutes)

Detox-Therapy - For those who need to detoxify after an illness, period of intense stress, smoking, drinking or overeating. Stimulates release of unhealthy accumulations in the lymphatic, digestive, and circulatory systems. (80 Minutes; body polish, bath, bodywork)

ANARA Essence Body Masque - After a complete loofah body exfoliation, the body is painted with a clay masque blended with esential oils and aloe, to detoxify, hydrate, and re-mineralize the skin and de-stress and uplift the mind. This treatment concludes with an application of rich lotion, blended for ANARA here on Kauai. (50 Minutes)

Kapu Kai 'Alaea - This treatment begins with 10 minutes in the steam room to relax the body and open the pores. A Hawaiian Salt Glo Scrub is next, to draw out impurities and relax both mind and body, followed by a Botanical Limu Bath rich in minerals and nutrients. An application of lotion, blended for ANARA here on Kauai concludes this treatment. Please refrain from shaving on the morning of the treatment. (50 Minutes)

Plush Papaya Body Polish and Massage - The body is first exfoliated and polished with Papaya Pineapple Body Scrub. The scrub includes aromatic ingredients such as grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, aloe vera, as well as pineapple and papaya extract.
